When you send a WhatsApp message to Kriyum's business number, we may receive and store:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your display name (as shared by WhatsApp)
• The content of messages you send to us
• Message delivery and read timestamps
• Business-relevant information you voluntarily provide (e.g., project requirements, budget)

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.

Information is used solely for:

• Responding to your business enquiry about Kriyum's services
• Sending follow-up messages related to your enquiry
• Internal sales tracking and reporting (accessible only to Kriyum team members)
• Improving the quality of our communication and services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

This platform uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By messaging our WhatsApp business number, your data is also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. We only receive the data that WhatsApp's platform transmits to us through their official API.

All data is stored on a private server controlled exclusively by Dezynum. We do not use third-party CRM or cloud storage services for your personal data. Access to the platform is restricted to authorised Kriyum team members only. Data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction, after which it is permanently deleted.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of future automated messages at any time by replying STOP
